Made from 100% malted rice. No sugar and preservatives contained. To brew ginjoshu sake we use malted rice made from 60% of white rice. The use of malted rice made from high percentage of white rice ensures refined sweetness, and light/simple taste. The brewer Yoshinoya proudly offers this sake with knowkow required for producing ginjoshu.
