Jizake or local sake has two types - brand sake available at ordinary retailers or supermarkets and other brand sake available only at designated stores by brewer. Brand sake "Genbu" is only handled by our store across all stores nationwide. The same can be said of another brand "Toyoka." Depending on the season, there might be "Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori Muroka Namagenshu" (top quality unfiltered sake made without added alcohol or sugar) on the shelf.
