Nozawana plant we use for our oyaki comes from Shinshu-specific nozawana grown at the foot of Sacred Mt. Togakushi. An old established confectionary produces it to help us. Our oyaki is not kind of "oyaki" with only browned surface to be found ony at tour spots, rather an ordinary "oyaki" steamed and baked wrapped in sticky suiton (flour dumplings) which local folks eat on daily basis.
