"Konetsukemochii (kneaded rice cake)" is an oyaki made from rice known as one of Nagano's local food. During the civil war period two worriers - Nobuyuki Sanada and Yukimura Sanada - were said to have carried this oyaki as regular food when they had to move in Shinshu's mountains and fields.
