Nagano Station
Lucky men (fuku-otoko) and lucky women (fuku-onna) march with blue demons, red demons and Zenkoji wood movers (kiyari) to the Main Hall (Hondo), where a ceremony to drive out evil spirits (Tsuinashiki) is held, followed by throwing of lucky beans to the worshipers from the hallway.
Anyone can participate in the ceremony as a lucky man or woman as long as they apply ahead of time.
