During the ceremony, the statue of Binzuru normally situated at the right side of the Tsumado-dai stage in the Main Hall (Hondo) is pulled around the Tsumado-dai stage by worshipers.
After pulling, the worshipers receive a wooden rice paddle, which is said to bring a year of sound health if it is used to rub the statue of Binzuru.
