Azumino-otsubu-natto (large natto)

The soy sauce prepared elaborately in nanashaku-sugioke (350cm cedar pail) made in 1869 during the winter season. Its ingredients include soybean and wheat grown in Shinshu and natural ripening moromi (unrefined soy sauce).
