The popular baumkuchen introduced by many media. The baumukuchen is prepared using full Shinshu apple soaked in honey. For dough we use black tea leaves grown in Shizuoka Prefecture. Slightly flavorful black tea perfectly matches an apple with crispy texture. It has gained popularity for gifts for auspicious events or weddings.
