It features sticky dough elaborately and manually baked one by one with addition of buckwheat flour to local flour in Shinshu. We prepare "new but nostalgic" crepe by putting Shinshu's tasty vegetables between such doughs. You can relish five different tastes (spicy hot nozawana plant, kiriboshidaikon radish, mushroom cheese, apple/sweet potato and nagaimo-dengaku)
