The dense cheese cake baked blending buckwheat flour grown in Nagano and cheese with selected buckwheat tea cream. To let you enjoy flavor of buckwheat flour as much as you can we use 100% buckwheat flour for the lowest layer of a cake. The cake consists of buckwheat tea blended with cream, stone-mill ground buckwheat flour, egg and the last but not the least cheese produced in Nagano.
